By using the services provided by EZCoverLetter, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. User Conduct

• Users are prohibited from sharing their account credentials with others. Each account is intended for individual use.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized means to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to the content they generate on the platform. However, the design, text, logo, and other content provided by EZCoverLetter are proprietary and cannot be used, replicated, or distributed without our explicit permission.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any user's account for any reason at our discretion without prior notice.

4. Payments and Credits

• For payments, no refunds on orders made except with our discretion.
• Each credit purchased will allow for one cover letter to be generated with one resume and one job description.
• We reserve the right to remove credits from a user's account if we determine that a user has abused the system.

4. Disclaimers

Cover letters generated through our platform are dependent on the information provided by users. While we strive to offer the best service, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any cover letter, nor any specific outcomes or responses from potential employers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall EZCoverLetter, its affiliates, or its service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the platform. Users agree to use the service at their own risk.

6. Governing Law

This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and users are encouraged to periodically review these terms for any updates.
